Last week when we went to see the new Harry Potter movie at ArcLight Sherman Oaks, as well as having a fantastic exhibit of Julie & Julia movie costumes, they also had an impressive wall of classic pulp movie posters from the 1960's, 70's and 80's on display.
The collection of cult, classic and, quite frankly, bad films was an interesting sight to see.
The poster wall featured the likes of Foxy Brown, Roller Boogie, A Fistful of Dollars, Cleopatra Jones, The Day Mars Invaded Earth, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Galaxina, Motel Hell, Dracula's Dog, plus many, many more bizarrely titled treats.
That's why I like going to the two ArcLight cinemas, they really are for film lovers and there's always something interesting to see there, beside the movies that is.
