June was a busy month for entertainment, with lots of blockbuster Summer movies opening, new TV pilots and favourites returning to the small screen, whilst theme parks and museums promote their latest attractions. Here's a round-up of the best television, film and other cool billboards around L.A. last month.
For those of you who like your supernatural series a bit raunchy, True Blood returns for a fourth season with these cool billboards for the vamp-tastic show.
I'm also loving TNT's new Falling Skies post-alien invasion series as much as I loved their cool billboards for the new sci-fi show.
There's new comedy in the form of Happily Divorced, where a married couple has to navigate the complications of the husband coming out of the closet after years of marriage.
The quirky Adult Swim comedy Childrens Hospital returns for another season with this slightly creepy (depending on whether you like clowns) creative.
In case you didn't have your fill of legal dramas, here's a new show called Suits to entertain you this Summer.
And finally for TV, another there's this fantastic shared billboard for the seventh series of Weeds and a returning favourite of mine, The Big C, starring Laura Linney, back for a second season.
This Summer the cinemas may be filled with superheroes, but for one hero his time is up, as Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part two brings the fantasy saga to a (hopefully satisfying) conclusion.
Be sure to check out more billboards for the eighth Harry Potter movie at Daily Billboard.
The other big Summer blockbuster that opened in time for America's July 4th celebrations is Transformers: Dark of the Moon, the third cinematic installment of the robots-in-disguise.
If you're a fan be sure to check out Bumblebee's new Camaro and Optimus Prime's truck on display at the ArcLight Hollywood cinema.
Tom Hanks new romantic comedy, which he also co-wrote and directed is out today, where he's reunited with Julia Roberts.
This month Jim Carrey returned to his funny man roots, this time with a family comedy about penguins and a fun billboard to accompany the film.
Coming soon in July is Horrible Bosses, which looks fun, mainly because it's a chance to see Jennifer Aniston break from her romantic comedy rut.
Arts & Performing Arts
This quintessential Tim Burton billboard is the perfect choice to advertise the special exhibition of his work at LACMA this Summer.
Or if museums aren't your thing you could take in the Cirque du Soleil Beatles tribute show in Las Vegas, or wait to see the new movie inspired extravaganza at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood.
Theme Park billboards
And finally, I think I've saved the best until last. These 3D installations for Universal Studios Hollywood's King King attraction are amazing with their dangling mannequins attached to bring the billboards to life.
The ride itself may be a tad anticlimactic (trust me on this), but the billboards certainly deliver a great thrill.

Until the end of the month and another round-up...
