Fashion and fragrance billboards filling the Summer skies in July 2016...

L.A.'s skies are always a mixed bag when it comes to fashion styles in July, as clothing and apparel brands start transitioning from Summer to Fall fashion, which always seems so bizarre when the temperatures are still soaring and the wildfires are burning in Southern California.

Another brand with a new black and white ad this July was luxury French brand, Saint Laurent, obviously with no clothes to show off because everyone is at the beach, or by the pool in their swimwear.

Plus Naked Princess was making the most of the hot weather and showing off their latest sexy lingerie in the great outdoors.

And Swiss watchmaker Corum was highlighting their styles Bubble range of timepieces along the Sunset Strip.

By comparison with other outdoor advertising categories like movies and television shows, July is certainly a quieter time of the year for fashion.

Meanwhile in the world of high price scents, fashion designer Marc Jacobs was debuting his new fragrance, Divine Decadence, with a perfume bottle that looks like a mini handbag, with this steamy billboard above his flagship Melrose Avenue store.
