February 2018's fierce film, Oscar nominee and music billboards around L.A...

This month not only was La La Land in the throws of Oscar campaigning season, but it also saw one of the first superhero tentpoles of the year, Black Panther, make its mark on the box office (and in the skies) in a phenomenally successful way. Here's a cool collection of this February's movie, music and Oscar consideration billboards.

First up is Marvel Studios aforementioned Black Panther looking fierce in this special extension cut-out.

Fans of the film can also enjoy all these other Black Panther movie billboards prowling the city skyline and all these original Black Panther film costumes on display of late.

Aside from superheroes seeing the box office aflame, Fifty Shades Freed, the third installment in the erotic novel adaptations was sizzling up cinema screens for Valentine's Day.

Foreign film Oscar nominee On Body and Soul was also getting some small support above Westwood Boulevard for the film about slaughterhouse workers who share the same dream about being deer.

Plus Disney/Pixar was hopeful for a clean sweep this awards season for its latest animated picture, Coco, about Mexican family and cultural heritage.

Meanwhile rocker Eric Clapton was the subject of Showtime's new music documentary, Life in 12 Bars.

And finally, we started with the movie and we'll end with this cool billboard creative for Black Panther The Album, which has some amazing original songs by Kendrick Lamar, my personal favourites 'All The Stars' and 'Pray For Me'.
