Fab Fall fashion in L.A.'s sprawling October 2017 skies...

In addition to all the Halloween-themed billboards haunting L.A.'s October skies this month, there's also been a new collection of fall fashion and apparel ads trying to turn heads.

Fashion billboards
Unity through Diversity LRG Clothing billboard
The arts, fashion and creative people have always been at the forefront of standing up to oppressive regimes, so it's nice to see this 'Unity though diversity' billboard from the LRG Clothing Company in this time of Nazi marches, wall building and free speech backlash.
Ralph Lauren American Dream billboard
In a similar vein, I'm sorry but for many people the 'American Dream' is fading fast, for the poor, people of colour, disabled, undocumented, those with pre-existing conditions, LGBT citizens, so this Tommy Hilfiger seems like a nice idea, but unfortunately these days it's becoming more of a nightmare for some.
Gucci Roman Rhapsody Matteo Zoppis billboard
Gucci's Cruise 2018 collection ad creative starring Matteo Zoppis really evoked Prince for me this month.
Marc Jacobs FW17 fashion billboard
Instamodel Slick Woods was the face of designer Marc Jacobs new billboard above his flagship Melrose Avenue store.
Vince Be felt found moved FW17 billboard
Meanwhile this month along the Sunset Strip Vince was trying to move passersby with its fall/winter clothing for men and women.
Celine FW17 fashion billboard
Plus fashion brand CĂ©line was showing off its latest ready-to-wear looks and leather luxury goods along Sunset Boulevard.
Paige FW17 fashion billboard
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley continued to be the face of Paige clothing with this latest fall/winter ad creative near Melrose Place.
DL1961 Fw17 fashion billboard
In the world of denim DL1961 was back with its latest fall billboard featuring Emily Ratajkowski.
Denim Everlane FW17 billboard
Plus Everlane was also showing off its affordable, ethically sourced denimwear in the city skyline.
American Apparel FW17 silver dress billboard
And rather surprisingly American Apparel was back in the skies in time for Halloween and party season and selling online after filing for bankruptcy at the end of last year.
Nordstrom Rack DTLA opening billboard
Meanwhile Nordstrom Rack was advertising its new discount retail store opening at the end of October in Downtown L.A.
Tag Heuer Kingsman watch billboard
And Tag Heuer was tying in to the latest Kingsman: The Golden Circle movie for a new special edition watch.

Make sure you take a look at the fashion billboards that filled the skies this time last year and stick around for all the TV billboards trying to stand out this October.

Stay tuned...
