Fresh new TV billboards trying to turn heads in L.A.'s March 2019 skyline...

These days with all the streaming services pumping out original content all the time, it's hard to tell when a traditional broadcast new season of television begins. But spring is when lots of new shows make their appearance in the city skyline, including this collection of fresh TV billboard offerings.

First up is this eye-catching heart-shaped cut-out extension for NBC's new heartwarming neighbour drama, The Village.

This spring midseason The CW is venturing In The Dark with its drama about a blind young woman trying to solve the murder of her friend.

Meanwhile ABC's new crime drama The Fix was mixing the legal system with Hollywood when an actor is accused of murder again.

And Dax Shepard and Lake Bell are leaving the big smoke to enjoy the more relaxed existence of rural Nebraska in the comedy, Bless This Mess.

Over on Amazon Prime the streaming platform continues to make movie properties for a TV audience with its latest offering, Hanna, based on the 2011 movie about a teenage assassin.

And in the new period martial arts drama from Cinemax based on the writings of Bruce Lee, a young Warrior immigrant from China find himself drawn into the Chinatown Tong wars in the wake of the U.S. Civil War.

Meanwhile Netflix looks like it's trying to take slice of the nature documentary world with its wild new series, Our Planet.

Plus it added to its comedy offering with the new British show starring Idris Elba as a DJ turned manny, Turn Up Charlie.

Plus Ricky Gervais was exploring life after the death of his onscreen wife in the dark, bitter British comedy After Life.

The streaming giant was also debuting its eight part documentary series, The Disappearance of Madeleine McCann, this month about the missing British toddler who went missing on the evening of May 3, 2007, when her family was on holiday in the Algarve region in Portugal.

Returning TV show billboards standing out in L.A.'s crowded March 2019 skies...

This March the onslaught of TV billboards continued with returning favourites joining new shows to battle it out in the city skyline, all vying for your attention and precious viewing time.
